Today we attempted (for the first time) to get a mixed group of both new and old members into karazhan. However we had a larger number of new then of old members
This resulted in that the staggering succes that was achieved in the first few runs was not to be equalled.
This is ok and should not be seen as a failure
We all need to learn. Both the new/old members and myself and the other officers.
The next runs will also be of both new and old members, however we will try to make sure that no more than 4 new members (with low kara experience) will be taken.
As I said we all have to learn and this will make sure that its at a pace that both the new and old members can appreciate.
I hope you guys will be understanding in this and agree on the road we have chosen to take
